Book Blogger Hop: 2/24-3/2

Book Blogger Hop is a weekly meme hosted by Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer.

How do you feel about books with multiple narrators?

When it's done well I really enjoy it. My first thought is A Song of Ice and Fire series by George R. R. Martin. Chapters are from the POV of different main characters. Another good example is The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver, which switches perspectives between several sisters.

However, I've seen having multiple narrators turn stories into confusing messes when it's not done well.

  1. I enjoy reading multiple narrator books, especially when each narrator has a distinct voice. For me, the confusing part comes in when they don't.

I hope you have a great week!
