What I'm Reading This Month (or so)
As I have stated before, this has been a very busy semester so I haven't had a lot of time to read for pleasure. But here is what I'm reading (or hope to read) this month. Hopefully I can go into details on individual posts.
The Fellowship of the Ring by J.R.R. Tolkien (Re-read): I'm revisiting this wonderful book for my thesis (since it will be my primary source material). I've read it several times before but I always get something new and different each time I revisit it.
The Diviners by Libba Bray: Yes, I'm still reading this. To be fair it's a long book. I'm enjoying it so far and looking forward to the sequel coming out this year (I think this summer).
Trigger Warning by Neil Gaiman: I am very excited about this story collection. There is a story about Shadow (from American Gods) and a Doctor Who story! I'm eagerly awaiting on my copy to arrive (I ordered it this week).
The Valley of Amazement by Amy Tan: I've been wanting to read this for a while then picked up a copy on sale! It might be a while but I will get to this eventually!
Red Rising by Pierce Brown: This is another book I've been wanting to read then found a copy on sale. It is sitting on my shelf waiting on me!
I think that's it for now. My "want to read list" is a lot longer than this, but these are the ones I see myself (hopefully) getting to in the near future.
